The Al Malga Development is a transformative project delivering modern infrastructure and vibrant public spaces in one of Riyadh’s most dynamic growth corridors. UNIMAC executed a comprehensive scope—spanning earthworks, utilities, landscaping, and smart street lighting—establishing the foundation for a thriving, sustainable, and connected community.
Infrastructure & Roads
The project features nearly 1 million cubic meters of earthworks, more than 136,000 meters of paved roads, and 89,971 square meters of decorative hardscape. UNIMAC’s meticulous construction of curbs, sidewalks, and extensive road networks ensures safe, accessible, and elegant mobility for all residents and visitors.
Utilities & Networks
With over 63 kilometers of underground utility corridors, the development comprises integrated storm drainage, sanitary sewer, potable water, and advanced irrigation systems, alongside 36 kilometers of medium- and low-voltage electrical cabling. Ninety-six substations supply robust, future-ready power across the entire site.
Landscaping & Public Spaces
Over 4,300 square meters of lush softscape areas and the planting of more than 650 trees, shrubs, and plants introduce nature into the urban environment. Features include 521 street lights and 181 pieces of street and park furniture, enriching neighborhood life and supporting healthy, active lifestyles.
